Good Afternoon #mydarlings! I had SO much fun last night! #CHI-TOWN, are y'all ready for the Doll tonight? Check me out at the Double Door. It's Friday night... I know some of y'all just got paid. Let's do it up as only the Chi knows how to do. #AOOOOOW  Don't forget to cop your extra exclusive Meet & Greet passes so you can give me a lil' hand dancing lesson before the night is out too!

Ok, enough about my #ALLOFME tour, back to the business at hand. Estelle's #BlackHistoryMonth minute. lol Today we celebrate Dr. Charles Drew.

    Dr. Charles Drew

Charles R. Drew was an African-American surgeon who pioneered methods of storing blood plasma for transfusion. It's impossible to determine how many hundreds of thousands of people would have lost their lives without the contributions of [this] African-American inventor.. This physician, researcher and surgeon revolutionized the understanding of blood plasma – leading to the invention of blood banks. To learn more about this amazing man, click here or here
