I guess Estelle didn't want to have the whole Keri Hilson can't get a hit on her own thing going on - which we all know she can. Songs like Shine and In the Rain easily could have been hits if released after American Boy. But this song really needed someone else on it.

I love it, just wish there was some rapping on it, or a breakdown or beat change towards the end. Estelle at her best! Love it. Would have been the perfect follow-up to American Boy.
